Schedule a Program
A1C Champions® is a patient-to-patient diabetes education program
sponsored by sanofi-aventis that is provided at no charge. Programs can be given
at doctors’ offices, hospitals, support groups, health fairs and wherever there
is an audience of people with diabetes who would benefit from education, support
and encouragement. If you are a health care professional, support group leader or
someone who would like to have an A1C Champion come and talk to a group of diabetes
